see im constipated and i wanted to know would vegatable oil and lemon juice work instead of olive oil and lemon juice,and does anybody else have any cures?

Bale fruit is the best laxative of all fruits. It cleans and tones up the intestines & gives constipation relief. Constipation in toddlers, infants and older children may be relieved by giving bran cereal. Guava when eaten with seeds provides roughage to diet can give relief from constipation. Add more fruits to the diet prunes pears, grapes, Orange juice & Papaya. Try One tablespoonful of corn syrup added to 8oz of water to cure constipation. Another natural remedy for constipation is to add a little extra sugar or some honey a glass of milk. Drink twice a day. Hope that helps. =)

If you have bad constipation and want immediate relief, an enema is your only option. Prune juice and things like that can sometimes take days to work if you are constipated really badly, especially if the constipation is caused by medication.

Go to the drug store and buy an enema, and that will cure you immediately!
Or, drink prune juice and that will take longer, but you will definitely be better within a few hours.

fasted relief is castor oil 2 big tablespoons right away, some meds cause this too
