I took zoloft years ago and it didn't seem to do much but I just started taking it for anxiety (not the same reason as before) and I usually experiance side effects from these kinds of meds. Is it possable that my brain has a memory of this med. and will respond quicker this time?

I was feeling sick about 2 months ago, I went to the doctor... the doctor said that I had an upper respitory infection. He prescribed medications (3) that I took as directed. After one week, I still wasnt feeling any better. So I went back to the doctor, where they didnt even see me, they just wrote me another 2 prescriptions. I finally got better for about one week, and then I started to feel ill again. Same symptoms... I went to the doctor and they wrote me more prescriptions.... this has happened 5 times within 2 months...I am tired of being sick! I want to leave my doctor and go see a better one. But dont want to spend alot of money going to see different doctors. Is there a website or place where I can go and choose a doctor by rating or schooling. I would love it if a doctor would actually spend some time trying to figure out what is wrong with me, rather than feed me pills to make it go away for a week.

I go to the gym 2 times a day. I run in the mornings and lift in the evenings, including abs once a week. Is that too much? My diet is so-so but it seems that I lose weight very slow now.

Early 20's, lost 70+ pounds in 6 months, I eat MAYBE once a week just because I start to feel dizzy, I drink about 6 cups of coffee a day because i get so tired, my hair has been falling out but I had extremely thick hair to start with so I'm not too worried about that, I am 5'5" and 115 pounds. When I look in the mirror I still see fat. It's everywhere. I workout every night. I'm consumed with my weight. Medication started this and now i can't stop it! help!

I've coughed up a couple small light yellow/green pieces of solid phlegm. The odor is awful. Is this a sign of something very serious?

In terms of general health, I feel fine. No coughing, swollen glands, short-breath, etc.

I'm 23 years old, sexually active with my girlfriend, I masturbate occasionally like everyone else. My problem is I'll be at work in the morning going about my regular business and when I stand up to go get a something from the printer or whatever, I'll pop a *****. I'm not talking a little bit of a chubby, it's usually a full on—poke your eye out—*****. If I actually stretch my legs; Watch out! . As quickly as the blood can reach my naughty parts, my pants get tighter and I have to put my hand in my pocket to try to disguise my fully erect penis.
I wear boxers, tighty-wighty's aren't really an option for me, they don't help anyway. This has been a problem for me since I was in Highschool and it seems to be more frequent the more tired I am.
If you worked where I work you'd see that it is not sexual at all. There isn't a descent girl to look at in the building, I don't think about sex or anything. Why am I ready to shoot a porn on any given morning?

Obviously I know gums recede because of either brushing too hard or due to plaque and tartar buils up, and due to the aging process, but what I want know is why do they not grow back? Because for example, if you cut yourself your body reheals itself. And the same with bone loss to the teeth - why do we lose bone as we age or due to periodontal disease? If I were to break my arm for example the bone will re-heal itself. So why do the bones that hold teeth in place not reheal themselves?

i lost 70 pounds since august '06. i did through balanced diet of 1600-1900 calories per day, and burning 1080 calories per week through cardio. i still need to lose 130 more pounds.
since christmas, i have "fallen off the wagon". i'm unmotivated and unable to stick to a balanced meal, and not wanting to workout.
do you think if i did a FAD diet like cabbage soup diet for a week, to kick start the weightloss and motivation, it harm my weightloss or my health? then i go back to a "normal" diet regimen after the 1 week of cabbage soup diet?

i just need to see a drop in the scale to get motivated again.

My boyfriend lives abroad and he came to visit me in the Christmas. I have been on the pills a week before he came. A day after having sex it became very painful (unbearable) and then i started having a heavy yellow-greenish discharge but we continued having sex for the two weeks he was here. At first I thought it was the sperms draining from my vagina but now i am second thinking it because its been 3 weeks now and it is still happening and I have to be changing my panty shield very often......Can somebody tell me whats happening, if thats normal and I have nothing to worry about?

I started taking anti-biotics three whole days ago, and I still have pain and a swollen tonsil with the white infection showing.

I was hoping to go away this weekend, but don't want to compromise or elongate the recovery process.
