It could help you have strong bones and teeth. But thats about it. However; there is one essential oil that I believe can help you grow taller! I only know this because I take it everyday. And thats Oregano Oil. In your case you would just want to take it as a supplement. I use the brand called "Now". You can find it in most health food stores. After a combination of Green Tea, sweetened with "RAW" Honey only! or Stevia, I had a surge in growth. Your best bet is to avoid all the junk that everyone else eats like cupcakes or junk food. And also you would want to avoid alcohol and tobacco. Sense they deplete your body of nutrients that it needs. Oregano Oil is not a growth hormone! It is a natural herb or oil that has 0 known side effects and also has the capability of destroying bacteria, fungus, and viruses. Fungi stand no chance against this oil! And neither do viruses like herpes. I used to get could sores about once a week. ever sense I've started taking the oregano oil I haven't gotten a single cold sore!! So the fact that Oregano Oil is such a powerful Antioxidant and can kill even some of the most stubbourn organisms is probably how it boosts growth. A study was done on livestock using the Oregano Oil. It has been said that the oil was just as powerful as the man made growth hormone. And Oregano Oil is Natural. Making it 100 times safer! If you want to take the oil I would suggest taking the tablets in your case. The Oil is very hot and if it isn't diluted it can really upset your stomach. The tablet form is excellent!

No, you will also need to take vitamin D so that the calcium can be absorbed by your body. Calcium intake can block the absorbtion of other nutrients that your body needs, like zinc.

Height is determined by your genes, nutrition can help but not that much probably would only add another 2 cms at the most.

Making sure one receives adequate nutrition can support attain full growth competencies, however won't develop the highest height it is easy to attain. On account that you might be 17, it is particularly unlikely that you will develop any more.

Nope.
Getting sufficient nutrients to help you lay down bone as you grown is important (Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Silica, Boron, vitamin K, copper, zinc) to ensure that you have strong bones- but vitamins will not tell your body to grow taller.

Now- a deficiency in nutrients might inhibit full growth.
