EEK!!!
Put cold damp towels over your legs, DON'T put lotion on, makes it worse.
Next time, shave slower, use shaving gel, and a brand new razor.
GOOD LUCK

Don't use lotion on it. It will BURN!!! Aren't you a guy? I'm not sure why you'd want to shave your legs.. but.. ok? Here's a clip from a website I found that seems helpful!
Marshmallow and aloe vera reduce redness and stinging, chamomile and St. Johns Wort relieve irritation and inflammation, ginseng and vitamins A, C, and E nourish and protect skin.
Method of Use Apply a thin layer all over the shaved areas of the face and neck immediately after shaving.
Why it Works? A lightweight emulsion that moisturizes, soothes skin and calms razor burn. Helps relieve redness and stinging. The lotion is enriched with essential oils, vitamins and herbal extracts to help rejuvenate mens skin. Helps ease shaving irritation.

Any over the counter burn creme, diaper rash, or sunburn creme should soothe it. Neosporin would help as well.
Next time use shaving creme.
