a couple of weeks ago i had these white bits starting to appear all over my finger nails and people say its calcium deficiancy or zinc and iron but i have a lot of all three of these i havn't knocked my nails or anything like that anything i was just wondering if their is anyone with the same problem as me if so how they found out what it means if anyone has any ideas it would be great to hear them all.

K, I honeslty have pretty good skin, but I sometimes have have a zit on my face...do girls care? I feel kinda worried because im afraid no girls will find me attractive because of my one pimple! Is it really a thing to be worried about?

Okay so I hurt myself in dance again. Same foot and again right before a competition. Whenever i go to the doctor though they always say

"ice it and and stay off of it for 4-6 weeks"

my brother, who plays hockey hurts his foot and goes to the doctor an dthey say

"ice it and do these excersises and go to physio and take this medicine and wrap it like this"

why does my doctor favor hockey players? lol. also since they wont tell me, what can i do for my ankle? it hurts really bad when i push on one of the bones. Last time i went the doctor thougt it might be fractured. Could i have broken it? I have swelling and pain when i walk. most pain is on the left side of my left foot. and some on the top of the foot. please help

My left foot feels a bit cool, but not freezing like my right one is.

I get tanned very easily and my skin is very sensitive to the sun.,

I happen to work in a small office with my brother. He farts in there and they smell really bad, and they linger for a while. I always have to get up and leave the room for a while. He laughs about it, and doesnt leave the room to have gas. He also has to poop all the time but doesnt go because he's either too busy or lazy. What should I do?

I had a pap smear done that came back abnormal. So my doc followed up with a colposcopy, in which she did see a little bit of abnormal cells that she biopsied. The biopsy came back good...no cancerous cells, no hpv, no infection.


4 months later, I had a follow up pap smear that came back abnormal again!


Why does the pap smear keep coming back abnormal if the more detailed biopsy said everything was ok?


What did the doc see in the colposcopy that the biopsy wouldn't detect?


PS. Im going for another colposcopy again tomorrow :(

I went to Docs,and told doc of having someone Pop out under my left bra line area.He told me it's a rib,that has become loose.This is VERY PAINFUL when it happens.He told me he could do nothing about it.This happens when sitting on couch,laying in bed,doing house-hold chores,etc.Went saw another doc,took xrays.told me rib itself is ok.But maybe cartridge doesnt hold onto it,says also,nothing can be done.Going back to docs today,(getting upset at doctors).I have always,and still am working labor job,this doesnt help,but doc says its alright to do so? When this happens to me,Pain is Very Intence! Has anyone ever heard of this? This has been happening for yrs now,but in last yr or so,has become more often,and much more PainFul.

I have experienced irritability and increased anger, however, a noticeable decrease in my allergy/asthma symptoms...I also feel fuzzy-headed...am trying to figure out if its worth it personally for me to stay on this...would appreciate the experiences of others! :-)

What's the maximum amount of Ritalin you can take each day (in mg)? How much time is best to put between each amount you take? Am I allowed to take it about 6 months long?

It's the only thing that makes me feel better. I've tried all kinds of antidepressants and they don't work. I've been to numerous psychologists and other people but it hasn't done a thing. I know the causes of my problems, it lies in my environment. I've tried everything to make my life more bearable with no result. It's too late to go to another school now and it will take at least another 6-10 months before my life can finally improve. It's either this, drugs or suicide.

I beg of you to answer my question and don't try to support me or tell me there are other ways to solve my problems. I'm doing this either way and I wouldn't want an overdose or my health destroyed (though I'd take the risk). I don't mind if it's bad for me (like cigarets or cocain once a week), but I don't want it to be really dangerous.

I have always had a pretty regular period. It usually starts on the seventh of each month but last month it started in the second. A lot has happened to me between then and now. I finally revealed a huge secret to my mother, got pout on antidepressants, found out I failed a class and lost a family member and a BUNCH of stress filled fun. I have never missed a period before and I am stressing about THIS now. I had sex ONCE within this month. It was protected with a condom and it was RIGHT after I finished my last period, so around the 4th or 5th and there was a little bit of blood on the condom when we finished. The condom didn't break or slip off and my mental health completely deteriorated after that so there was no more sex (much to the bf's dismay). Would you say it's cuz of stress?? Should I beworried about an unwanted pregnancy?? HELP!

yesterday i noticed i have a lump on my lower neck on the back and i was just wondering if anyone new what would of caused that. it wasnt there 2 days ago, but last night i noticed it. and it is sore when i move my neck or touch it. i do have high blood pressure, i was thinking maybe it was stress related, but i wasnt sure, so i thought i would get some advice from others.

The reason I ask, is my friend has just had a heart bypass, and when he left hospital, the dietian gave my friend a list of what he could and couldn't eat.
Olives were at the top of the 'could not' list. When my friend asked why, he was told that olives were chock-full of calories.
Is this true?.
