There is nothing wrong with watching porn as long as it doesn't interfere with your everyday life and stop you spending time with your family and friends.
Try to involve yourself with other activities. Join clubs, see friends etc.

Just keep watching it. Maybe one day you will be like me and just get bored with it. At some point, you realize there is nothing new and, well, it becomes kinda' blah. These days it would take a chimpanzee in a school girl dress gettin' busy with a Chinese midget to even get me to pause very long and watch.
If you want my real advice, make a rule that you can not use your computer for porn. No exceptions. If you want to look at it, suffer the shame of going to the dirty book store down in Skanksville to buy it or watch it. Make it an effort, like in the "old" days...10 years ago. Beside, you will find you are way more productive. Porn (computer)wastes so darn much time.

3. Never click on Web site addresses that you receive in an unsolicited email.
4. Do not open attachments that come in email that are unsolicited.
5. Use filtered search engines or reputable directories to find the information you need.
6. Do not search for terms like girls. Think before you enter a search term.
Stick with reputable sites.
If something looks questionable, don't let curiosity get the best of you. Delete it or close the window.

Give some of ur time to read books on neuro associations and other books that deal with functionalities of the brain(ex:Awaken the gaint within by Antonny Robbins).Once u know what is really happening with u then the rest is just a matter of time.It really works:-)U would learn methods that could really help u to help urself.Good luck

Are you married? girlfriend?.... how secure is the relationship?....
I know this is really risky, but take your problem to her- let her know that you've been looking/watching at it. Tell her that you want to quit and need her help.
Prayer. I don't know if you're religious or not, but I am. I believe that God loves His children, no matter their shortcomings... and that includes you. He's just itching to help you. Ask for his help, and He will. He'll give you strength, or help you find a friend that will help you overcome the temptation... maybe He'll touch your boss and your work hours will get changed so you don't have "free" time alone... (coincidence is when God chooses to remain anonymous...)...

Have someone setup your computer so you can't go to porn sites. If you have cable, have someone lock out the x-rated chanels or better yet if you have them, cancel them.
Porn is fake. All the women in porn movies have tons of makeup on and have had many surgical procedures. Real women do not look like this. It's an insult to real women.

It easy, It's like losing weight, you say you wanna do it but in really you don't care. If u really wanna stp looking at porn you must find something to replace that habit.
