No.
Lasik surgery corrects visual problems, such as myopia. A laser is used to change or "correct" the shape of the eye. The treatment for crossed eyes (Esotropia) is different.
Esotropia is one of the categories of Strabismus, which is the general condition in which your eyes do not look at the same object together. In the case of crossed eyes, one looks out.
Treatment for crossed eyes includes patching, visual exercises, glasses to aid in proper focusing, eyedrops that help the eye to focus, and even surgery.
Get treatment for the crossed-eye condition first. Put off any Lasik consideration until that problem is resolved.

no, lasik is a treatment for myopia. It can cure neither. Your eye will be just as crossed before the surgery as it is after. You would need to have a more invasive surgery for muscle repair.
