What happened to the right to free speach in this Country? What happened to freedom of religion?

I have searched the web but haven't been able to find much information about (very slight) nose bleeds during menstruation. Does anyone have any more information about this?

I think I read somewhere that peaks in estrogen can cause this?

i had my belly button peirced last june and went on holis in july! it grew out and am now left with a small red scar and a pee size lump inside if u squeeze! i would like it done again but am worried that i cant or it wil hurt loads!!

i am off sick as i have my own regular duty in work and i keep being moved to a duty which i dont do day in and out and its a lot of driving, every time i am moved i get worked up, i am now off sick as i am so tired and not sleeping , wud this stress any1 else out or is it just me?? thanks for reading.x
