Some farmers have done the basic test. They put some of the old fashioned, open pollinated (non hybrid) corn, some of the "normal" corn, the hybrid, and then some G.M. corn in front of some cows. The cows very consistently do not eat the GM until everything else is gone. (and they won't eat the hybrid corn until the open pollinated is gone). Does that answer your question?

I only eat McDonalds if there's nothing else available and I'm extremely hungry - I HATE the place!!!
don't really know why, but it has an adverse effect on me.
But, to answer your question, I'd prefer not to eat GM food - i think that food should be grown naturally and new types of food (hybrids) obtained by natural methods, not messed around with artificially. I now try to buy free range eggs and chickens that have been allowed to roam rather than battery farmed ones.
Must admit, don't know much about the science of it.

GM has never bothered me. I rarely eat anything from McD's but now and again I'll have a burger. I'm glad in a way that they've reacted from that Super Size Me film but even the healthy salads contain a lot of sugar but at least they are kind of moving to some kind of better direction.

Is Mcdonalds selling GM products in Britain and Europe or just the United States? I will not go there again if this is the case.

I think it's excellent.
90% Of Mc Donalds resturants are clean & safe!
You can't say this about some companies.
Also, its not too fatty, because they are using less fatty ingrediants than most places, For example;
Fish & Chips shops.
Burger King
KFC

i like it it tastes ..mmm.. ok ish i dunno but if you have too much it hurts your tummy it costss soo much more at maccas than at subway and you only get a smaller meal than subway lol and -i like subway it is much more healthier and makes you much for fuller than what maccas would and you feell happyer about yourself.. im working now at krispykreme doughnuts and i feel bad selling customers such junk food knowing that its sooo unhealthy lol seriously all this junk is really bad they should cancell and close down theese shops -they wont becuase they make millions of profits but they should so that people can eat healthier and lead much healthier lifestyles.. you know? im babbling on now but yea thats what i think i know it'll be sad for maccas to close down alongside kfc and hungry jacks ..etc but that in a way is good . they shouldnt put such junk food on the market knowing it has no nutritional value in it ..
anywhoo thats my 5 cents =] bibii xxx
