What kind of cups do you use? Are they ceramic coffee cups, paper cups? I don't think that it would harm you, it just wouldn't look or feel right.
Besides, small boobies are fine. They'll grow on their own, leave them alone.

It is better not to wear any 'cups' over your breasts and then wear a bra on top. While this may give you some satisfaction that you have presentable breasts, this practice cuts off all air circulation to the breast skin tissue. Over a period of time your breasts would become sore and may get infected due to sweat accumulation.
If you arent married, then you would only be fooling your would-be husband that you have bigger breasts than what they really are, and he would find out soon enough. This would spoil relations.
Be happy with what you have. Size is not everything in a woman (or for that matter, in a man), but what is her/his character and nature are important. You will surely find many men who respect and love you for qualities not related to your breast size.
If you are married, I suppose your husband may prefer you to wear padded bras than artificially enhanced cups which cannot deceive others for a very long time!

You have nothing to worry about. Breast size shouldn't really matter anyway but using cups wont affect the growth of breast tissue as its mainly down to hormones and a little genetics. there are no side effects of using cups or any other external enhancement to make your breasts look larger for bra that make best of what you do have your best going to a bra selling shop and talking to a fitter about which shape suits you best after all not ever bra suits every breast.

I have used them every once in a while. I find that the ones i have get really sticky after a while, like 8 hours and become slightly painful to peel off. Other than that, they were fine for me.

Why to unnecessary risk? try doing some exercises . I seriously feel you can improve you bra size. Don't take risk.
