I went on a train journey the other day which may have put my life at risk.

I bought my tickets and nobody batted an eyelid, or warned me of the dangers, or anything.

I had been sat on the train for over an hour and had got quite bored. I had absent mindedly put my ticket in my mouth, God knows how long for.

Imagine my horror when, after my ticket was inspected and I took it back and began reading it because I had nothing else to do, I saw "STD" printed on the ticket!!!

I had purchased a special STD ticket, without knowing! Surely there should be a sign up at the ticket office, or something? I had put the damned thing in my mouth, for God's sake! And, obviously, I was not wearing a condom at any stage of the journey.

I am now worried I have an STD and am going to die a horribl, painful and embarrassing death. Let this be a warning to other train passengers - beware the STD tickets!

What shall I do?

hello...
okay. i was a size 5 forever until about 3 years ago, i started taking antidepressants, and none of them worked, so my doctors kept changing them. all of these meds have a side effect of weight gain. i am now a size 22/24. im completely depressed, and i always feel suicidal, bcause it just hurts looking at myself this way.

i have tried so many diets, like the atkins, southbeach, your average diet, giving up all sweets and snacks and sodas, eating all fruits and veggies...

as for working out, ive tried walking, but im so heavy it hurts my legs. ive gone to curves, tried workouts on tv at home, i got an exercise bike.

nothing has worked. everytime i did these things, id gain more weight. im only 5' tall, so its really obvious. i had my thyroid checked, it is fine. i thought about gastric bypass, but i cannot afford the cosmetic surgeries afterward.

ive also tried some diet pills, leptoprin, hydroxycut, trimspa, none of them worked either.

can someone please help

I know alot of you will say this is crap but do the research yourself. Don't wait for mainstream media to tell you about anything important. Look at the work of Dr. Robert C. Beck and blood electrolosis...Do some real digging into this subject. Since he started trying to show this work to the world several sources have tried to refute it but keep digging and you'll find some amazing results..

Now i jus feel so down and depressed, can't evn concentrate @ work. My colleagues think I'm crazy to cry over someone I don't even know. Whats your take?

It’s just I’m a guy in his early 20’s. I used to get bullied most of my life, and because of this I decided one day that I didn’t want to be apart of this world anymore, but instead of taking my life I shut myself in my room for the last 4 years, not talking to anyone. It has taken me along time to realise that I needed professional help. So one day I decided to go to the doctors and tell them how I felt. After some much needed help, I am gradually getting my life back on track, but I often wonder, will I truly recover from this?

Hi, I am 27 yrs old and have been very overweight for most of my life. At 21, I dropped about 80lbs on the Atkins diet, I didn't exercise much. I 've tried to exercise on my own, but I can't seem to stick with a routine, so I've decided to join a gym. I've put my money where my mouth is, so to speak, and there is no going back now. I am ready to exercise and be heaither. I've managed to keep the weight off for the past 5 years, but I've gained about 20 lbs over the past year due to stress. I weigh about 140 at the moment. I dropped a lot of weight very fast and my skin sags in certain areas, it is very depressing. My question is, can I firm up the loose skin with exercise? Will it be possible to achieve a flat stomach, firm thighs, and get rid of the flabs on my arms? My friends and family think I have a great body, but they don't know what I look like naked. My body needs a lot od work, and I am willing to work hard, but I need to know is it possible to firm up all the loose skin.

I'll explain my question more:

As anyone who is on the pill knows, St Johns Wart is listed on the info sheet as a medication that you shouldn't take while you are on the pill as it could make it less effective. I was wondering if anyone knew of something simular which doesn't effect the pill in anyway?
