i doubt it. unfortunately we can't control where our fat goes. the only thing i can think of is gaining muscle in the arms and legs area since muscle weighs more than fat. good luck!

No. U can gain muscles only by weight training.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

why in the world do you wanna gain weight on those areas? I envy girls with skinny arms and lean legs and you wanna destroy them? The truth is i once had huge arms and thighs i hated them so i lost weight. I found it hard to loose those flab in my appendages. So basicaly the formula is to gain and loose weight. For me it was harder to loose weight in those areas rather than my abdomen.

impossible you have to do overall weight training and eat lots of proteins. you should go to vitamin world and buy powder protein and eat lots of chicken breasts. limit the fat and ull be sexier in no time honey.

dont you ever, trying to gain weight on those areas! its so hard to be fat and all...and you know skinny girls are soooooo in right now.

body building (weight training) with higher caloric intake (espcially if you're skinny) Low reps, high intensity.
