Drink plenty of water - lots of fruits (not all type - ban avocadoes) and eat plenty of vegetables. From time to time grilled chicken or fish.

of course, a balanced diet. which is hard to do because when i see good food it is so tempting! its proven that green tea can help you lose weight. regular exercise will help you lose weight also. i also find it helpful to borrow books from the library about diets and exercise. reading about portion control has also helped me alot! it all comes down to how much you want to lose weight. if you really want to achieve that goal, you'll work hard to eat healthier and exercise more.

raw nuts, raw fruit ( careful with bananas mangos grapes and other fruits high in sugar), and raw vegetables, and water during the day but nothing else, once normal portion cooked meal at night before 7 and drink some liquid chlorophyll, it will clean out your intestines
