by drinking water. By drinking lots of water your body flushes access waterweight that it stores because it thinks it needs it. 1 galon a day is good just don't over due it because you can drink too much which flushes out electrolytes and can cause cramping. Also your body cannot absorb a lot of water at one time so chugging a ton of water will bloat your stomach.
You will need to change your diet and exercising too though even if just moderately. Exercise 3-4 times a week even if its just cardio something to elivate your heartrate to burn calories. People that work out in the mornings are more able to keep a workout in their schedule vs. a lot of people that are "too tired" at the end of the day. Also running or weightlifting in the morning actually burns more calories throughout the day than to do so at night and go to bed hours later.

There are over the counter diuretics u can buy (diuretic is something that rids ur body of excess water) but ur body can and probly will become dependant on them. Coffee is a natural diuretic, so is sugar, tea, and watermelon. I use coffee personally and drinking lots of water will help, not hurt believe it or not. Not drinking water will make ur body store water cause its not getting enough and thinks it has to keep what it has. Make sense? Excess salt could be a factor too, but some salt is necessary to keep ANY water in ur body, among other things, so dont cut all of it out of ur diet. Hope this helps!

Most of the obese people tend to think their overweight is due to retention of water.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Go and see your gp! Don't mess about with home remedies, get the underlying cause treated. If its that dramatic theres a reason for it!

A friend of mine told me, just yesterday actually, that parsley soup works. Also your diet may be partly to blame, maybe you could significantly reduce your salt (perhaps sodium generally) intake as well?

Hope this helps

Sodium retains water in our boby. so, avoid NaCL(soduim chloride) or commonly known as SALT. avoid salty foods, minimize the use of salt, avoid canned or processed foods bcoz it is loaded with sodium.
