No offense, but why would you want to look like a 12 year old?You are becoming a woman, and as a woman, your body is going to change many times during your lifetime.
Best advice is to accept that you are changing, nothing you can do to stop it.Eat healthy foods and eat enough that you don't feel the urge to binge because you are starving yourself.Try eating 6 small meals a day instead of three.Ruining your health to try to get back to the weight you were at 12 is not a good idea.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

willpower keep snacks that are healthy around yourself so when you binge you at least binge on something healthy. Like apples, babby carrots, beef jerky (in moderation lots of sodium). The binge drive is basically a carb crash so snack on your healthy carbs when your body says sugar....must have sugar.
