certainly not coffee and something with too much of glucose/sugar. sugar will only give you energy for the mean time due to sugar rush. don't drink energy drinks instead drink fruitwater or plain water or even real fresh juice. try eating a chunk of dark chocolate, it's healthier than milk chocolate. green tea will help you because of containing powerful anti oxidants.

EAT berries, citrus fruits, veggies, whole grain foods, nuts and even salmon. eat 3 times a day and get enough sleep so you won't lack energy. for more info check out my sources.
for an energy chart check this site:

Try eating fresh sprouts.......not brussel sprouts.................seedling sprouts, i.e.:- alfalfa sprouts, mung bean sprouts, also try eating sprouted quinoa - a porridge like grain.........will heal your vital organs - kidneys, liver - an alkalising food, helps to reduce damp or mucus in the liver/body. The liver is the largest and perhaps most important organ as it performs some 600 different functions. The liver is the major detoxifier for the body - responsible for ridding it of pollutants, chemicals, and other foreign agents. Finally the flow of energy through the body is the most important job of the liver. If this organ is compromised, there is no doubt that you will be absolutely exhausted. But if you reivtalise and restore the liver, you will definitely feel the difference............

Physical signs of a stagnant liver may include: nervous system disorders, allergies, lumps, swelling, chronic indigestion, menstrual problems, stress, neck and back tension, impure blood, skin disorders and exhaustion...........

Eat it porridge style as well. You'll find it in the health food section of all supermarkets...............Cheers...:)

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Stop taking regular lunch. Take only fruits and vegetables for lunch.

Foods with a low glycemic index, like fresh fruit, even sugary foods. All food is converted into glucose. Glucose is THE only energy our muscle and cells can "burn." The number of steps that a particular substance has to go through before it's converted to glucose depends on it's glycemic index. It's just a meaningless number really, in the end, but foods like fresh sweet fruit and sugars such as honey and table sugar are simple carbohydrates and are converted directly to glucose and are used immediately. Foods with higher glycemic indexes, such as complex carbohydrates (starches) have to go through more steps to be converted to glucose and are often stored in the muscles for later use. Foods like fats are even stored in the cells and turn into body fat. The body Burns first carbohydrates, which are stored in muscles, then fat, for energy. If you don't work out and do aerobic exercise regularly then the body may never or hardly ever burn fat.

Carbs are supposed to provide the body but too much of anything is bad. Also, with women chocolates have been proven to increase the seratonin levels which have a direct effect on a female's mood. Also, if you drink a lot of coffee early morning and through the day, this can cause you to crash. If you were to drink a 24 oz. cup of coffee as quickly as you were an 8 oz one, you would be yawning and tired quickly. Lay off the coffee.

You may take carbohydrates like pasta or bread accompanied by fruit since these have readily made sugars which will help boost your energy.

TRY TO REMEMBER WHAT YOU ATE WHEN YOU HAD ENERGY THEN HAVE SOME MORE OF THAT. I WOULD WALK FOR EXERCISE THEN GET TO A REPUTABLE VITAMIN OUTLET AND GET INPUT AS TO WHAT WOULD BE GOOD TO TAKE WITH YOUR FOOD TO KEEP YOU ENERGIZED ALL DAY. GET ENOUGH SLEEP TOO.
