I need something to satisfy 2 teenage kids who love the junky stuff?

Rice cakes are great....fruit is better. Water is the best way to fill up with natural "stuff" your body (and theirs) really needs!
Popcorn is also good... Stay away from stuff that has sugar added to it..

the 100 calorie packs are good. portion control. theres also a silm fast bar that tastes JUST LIKE butterfinger bars. they are a little higher in cals but have all these vitamins in them and actually taste really good. something peanut butter crunch. i wish i could remember the name.

but it depends if you want really healthy or not
I enjoy Nature valley granola bars, which has plenty of varieties and are low in fat

Baked Cheetos and Baked DOritos are very good... they are lower caolries and taste very yummy!
