Our treadmill's belt has been broken and I had twins a little over a year ago so needless to say, exercise has been minimal. Well we finally just got the belt replaced and me, in all my eagerness to jumpstart my New Years Resolution of losing the pregnancy weight got going right away.

I know I probably should have started slow and worked my way up but I didn't think I did too much too soon, but apparently I did? Last night I started with a speed of about 3.5 - 4 and had it inclined to a 4 or 5 I think. I was only on it for maybe 5 minutes before I had to do something for the kids. I didn't trip or lose my footing, nothing.

About fifteen minutes later my left ankle started to hurt whether it was elevated or being walked on. Just sitting makes it ache; walking hurts and I actually have to walk with a limp. My husband says the ankle appears slightly swollen. Its just as painful today. If I bend my foot inwards (towards my right leg) it flares up in pain. What did I do??

My throat has been feeling kind of hot/burning but not really any pain for 2 days now but it doesn't hurt to swallow or eat or talk or anything. In fact it feels better when i'm eating. What do you think I have and what should I do to cure it? when I take cold relief pills it makes it feel better, but it's a pain to take 2 pills every few hours. I just want to make sure I don't have anything serious.

I think my teeth are kinda big, but I would rather have my teeth smaller than bigger. I cant go to the dentist, because they would have to sceual an appointment, and I really can't wait for the dentist to tell me. I dont care if it takes me a month to make my teeth smaller, I just want smaller teeth.

i've started training due to being in the junior rowing team.hi.i'm new with this thing, i've been searching for answers for my own knowledge and realise this is great so i've decided to ask my 1st question.(sorry if its too long) does skipping help? I'm a 5'7 male and I've just turned 17. I was just wondering how to tell whether I've finished growing or not. My voice has gone deeper but still not as deep as some of the men I see around and I still haven't got any hair under my arm pits and don't need to shave (although I do), is it normal at this age? I'm a bit concerned as I've been browsing around and some have said boys stop growing at 17-18 while others have said boys stop growing at 21 or even later. Have I finished going through puberty yet and is there any chance I'd grow another 3-4 inches? Your input and advice would be greatly appreciated!

Um yeah, i have copletely given up on my boobs growing any more and i heard that the gummy bear implants are the most natural looking ones and as far as i know they are not used in the US, so where are they used? and if they are used in the US, then where? And if you have more information on them, i would greatly appreciate it!

2 days before thanksgiving i got my wisdom teeth taken out. that is like a month and a half back. and. well. the left side of my tounge is still numb. i have no taste on that side. i know b/c i put a dime sized amount of red pepper on that side of my tounge and didnt even feel it. but when i bite that side of my tounge (which happes often now b/c i cant feel it) it hurts like waaay back in the back of my mouth and a little bit donw in my throat. ive been thinking that maybe they severed a nerve but maybe not the whole thing cause i can feel it back there after i bite it and it hurts realllly bad. ummm i know that your taste buds change every 5 years and i was wondering if its going to be 5 years untill i get all of my taste back.

Could i sue the oral surgan for mal-practice?
