If it's menstrual cramps, try the cat stretch. Get on all fours and stretch your legs out as far as possible behind you, one at a time. Also, some peppermint tea, but that's mostly for the nurturing factor.

Why are you getting those cramps? If it is not a female thing you might give some thought to that. Better still, see a Dr. Magnesium tablet is great to prevent muscle cramps, one 450 mg tablet a day. If you have tummy cramps there is a tablet on the market, Donnatab. That is the name in Australia. If you go to the Mayo Clinic website you can find out the name of it in the USA.

A hot water bottle, or those heat wraps. They make some just for cramps. Also I have found that NOT laying on the bed curled up in a ball works best to get rid of them. I lay flat on my back and point my toes and stretch. This will loosen up the muscles faster.

Go to Walgreens or wherever and get a "Bed Buddy." It is this tube sock like thing that is filled with some kind of oatmeal/sand/something like mixture. You heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and it lays just over the right areas of your lower stomach to help with the pain. I get the worst menstrual cramps and this works every time for me.

Believe it or not, exercise can help. So can keeping warm or using a heating pad, hot water bottle, etc. When I was having periods, I felt that even hot tea or soup helped. Be sure to get plenty of sleep and drink plenty of fluids. Hope this helps!

you could stick a needle or a skewer by way of a balloon via poking it by way of the two ends: the place the balloon is tied off & the different section. you do no longer choose tape for it, in spite of the undeniable fact that it helps. the reason at the back of the variety of feat is stress. the two factors of the balloon that I reported are not stretched out & as a result would not have a great number of stress there. as a result you could insert an merchandise there with out breaking the stress of the full balloon. everywhere else on the balloon is amazingly tight & stretched out, so in case you poked there, the better rigidity breaks the stress & the balloon pops. it is so uncomplicated as that!
