Hepatitis C doesn't cause symptoms until it causes the liver to quit working properly. When symptoms occur, the pain is in the right upper abdomen and nausea is a common symptom.

The major problem with hep c is the lack of symptoms which makes it hard to detect. With hep c you wouldn't feel any pain until the liver is significantly damaged (it takes some 20-30 years before things get really bad if you are not excessive drinker). However, you may have some pain if you strain yourself too much. Throwing up is not so common but it can occur if you eat things which are too greasy.

Right side pain and throwing up a lot sounds very much like you may need appendectomy!!!!!!! Go to E.R.!

The good news is that your liver isn't in your stomach. Hep C is a silent killer. Have you gone to an ER to see if you might have appendicitis? That's what it sounds like - or, possibly, a kidney stone if the pain is on your side.
