Have the parents authorize the test. Some hospitals will consider the child of age and therefore request that the "child" give their approval as well. Depends on location and local regulation/protocol.

Everybody talks about HIV but there are plenty of other death sentences that you can get with more common STD's
read up on them. You ll be surprised

start with planned parenthood. i dont know if they actully have the tests but they can definetly tell you where to go to get one
