The dark colas can stain your teeth like coffee and tea can.

They can do worse than that. My brother has been drinking at least 6 cans of pop a day and his teeth turned brownish/yellow and have actually deteriorated into teeth that are about half the size of what they should be. It's nasty and he's only 26 years old.
I love him , but geez..quit drinking the soda! lol
If you do drink it , it's best to brush your teeth after every one or at least rinse your mouth out.

It is not the carbonation that turns them yellow. It is the coloring used in dark sodas.

Most def. So can tea, smoking, and not brushing enough. I have WHITE teeth, and I smoke, and I'm addicted to sweet tea. I keep them that way by brushing regulary with Arm and Hammer advanced whitening. It's really the only one that works.
