I am not sure I understand , when you use the word maintain.
Maintain means you want to keep what you have.!
So are you using word play or do you mean you do not want your stress level to get worse?

In any case I really don't think anyone out here is qualified to answer.

However, if you feel you have stress issues, seek medical advice.....I could suggest a lot of thing's but I'm not sure that telling you to do what I do, would help you and your issues.
The best advice I can give is to seek

PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE!

Good Luck!.............When you deal with any mental health issues you need it.

The way I maintain stress is by doing things. Do things you enjoy to counter all the stressful things. I love music....so I sit back, relax and put on some good music.

By taking one day at a time (in your case, one exam paper at a time). I assume u are in your teens. So enjoy it while you can. Don't be obsessed with exam grades. Live up to your own expectations, and not someone elses (eg parents, teacher).
