Hi, I have asthma and allergies and my mom told me she recalled hearing about some kind of impervious covers to protect your mattress and pillows from getting dust, dust mites, allergens, and even bed bugs I think (not that I think I'm in danger of that) and I was wondering, does anyone know where I can find these covers? I haven't had any luck doing my own searches online so I don't know, but maybe someone here already has them or at least knows what I'm talking about. I'm getting a new bed with a new mattress set and new pillows, so I'm going to need them in the next week or two. If you know where I can find these covers, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know. Thanks. Happy Holidays!

I am concerned for my health, as my left hand has gone partially numb, and two of my fingers on the same hand are also going numb.

Do I need to get this checked over by a Doctor, or am I worrying about nothing?

My husband smokes a pack a day, he is trying to quit and I want to know if the patch will really help. He's high strug, so he stresses very easily, then we visit his parents every weekend who are 4 pack a day smokers (that makes is harder for him to quit when he has tried in the past). Will the patch really work? I don't want to spend a ton of money on something that won't work.

but my jeans got wet so I threw them in them in the dryer for half an hour on low, forgetting that the pills were in them! The pills look ok, and I've taken one and it hasn't killed me yet, but should I throw them away just to be safe? There's only 4 more active pills in the pack.

I am going to pick up my prescription this afternoon and would greatly appreciate any help and advice re Xenical, how to regulate the appropriate low fat diet and links to any other help because I am a fat ol' bird of 45 that wants/needs to be slim! I have been really slim all my life until 4 years ago when I started putting on weight after a breakdown. I am now completly recovered but obese. I'm now 16 so that means the hiting my head on the pillow has gone on in 13 years. I often do it when I go to sleep... and then I just start to hit my head on the pillow over and over again... odd I know but has anyone heard of this kind of behavior??? pls ask people around you :) and keep in touch...
