I want to lose some weight and especially lose inches around my tummy. Do Pilates really work, do they have the dramatic results that they promise?

Pilates is amazing and these workouts are perfect for loosing weight around your waist and legs. The best part is that the stretches and moves will truly make you feel re-energized and more toned in just a few days. A big plus is that the exercises take very little time to complete. I love Pilates.

I agree pilates are great. So is Power Yoga if you eventually get bored of pilates.

Pilates is great for core strenght, which is mostly from your tummy (abs). It also lengthens your body (makes you taller) which helps with weight distribution. You will have a dancers body....hope that helps.

PIlates are an excellent method of improving physical strength and flexibility.

It is very good. You will be sore when you first start, but if you stick to it you will get good results
