i have spots on the top of my back and i cant seem to get rid of them can any1 recommened anything!!!

You didn't say or describe the spots so it's hard for any of us to give advice at this point I would suggest calling a dermatologist or go to regular M.D.

Hi!!
Try to use a soap with TEE TREE oil!! It might help...drink also lot´s of fresh water(2 liter/day) and eat lots of vegetables and fruits!! GOOD LUCK!! Best wishes from Sara/Sweden
