i had an umbilical hernia n had the surgery already, but now its 6 mths later n im ashamed of my body becuz now i dont have a belly button and i cant wear nothing that shows my tummy nemore.is there something that can correct this? is this normal or did the dr. fuq me up?

No they did ok... just like the previous said the docs removed the problem, but they aren't plastic surgeons... you need to go to a plastic surgeon and they can take some skin from somewhere normally your thigh and make you a belly button..

Nope you're where you should be. The doctor fixed a problem and I'm sure he/she did the best job possible to minimize scarring but they are medical doctors not plastic surgeons. If you still want a belly button to show off I'd sugest that for your next step.
