dont ask why...just please help, tell me any method or diet that will make me lose 4 lbs in 2 days... just aslong as its vegetarian

Generally, it is not healthy to lose weight any faster than 2 lbs per week. Four lbs in 2 days is a highly unrealistic goal. Also, your weight can fluctuate +/- 1 to 5 lbs. [This is because] "water retention to glycogen storage and changes in lean body mass" all factor in on how much you weigh at a certain point in the days ahead.

Juice Fast. Get some apple juice or other juice you like....mix 1 cup of juice with 1 cup of water.....drink that at least six times a day and if you feel hungry it is ok to have another drink. Take it easy and do no heavy physical activity as your body will be running on only a few calories. It is best if you can just sit around and be lazy while you do the juice fast. This method does work and you can lose up to 10 pounds.

You will just lose water weight and afterwards if you start eating alot your weight will come back. Choose healthier foods after the juice fast so that you don't put all the weight back on and more.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Loosing weight depends on your actual weight which you have at the moment, if you are overweight then the easiest diet would be eating lots of raw vegetables along with fruits and plenty of water, have low GI food which makes you feel full, and also exercise atleast twice a day[45 Mins each].

Drink a lot of water and green or white tea. Tea is a diuretic and you could probably loose that amount in water weight. Good luck!

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

Try exercising and drinking lots of water, don't skip meals just eat smaller portions , eat lots of fresh fruits, and vegetables.

that is not healthy but u can go on runs works out crunchesand stuff and u well probley lose it
but u well gain it back becuse u are only should lose 2-3 lbs a week or u well gain it back.and run into health problems

turn dinner into a healthy lunch the next day by wrapping your lean leftovers in a whole wheat wrap add a little dijon mustard or curry powder for added flavor
