You have not said what your starting weight is, so no one can tell you what your weight will be in five months. You should not go below 1200 calories. Pilates is strength training, so do that only up to 4 days a week.

If you are 5'3 and weigh 120 lbs as you say, then you are within your normal body weight range already. But, if you are set on losing a few extra lbs you can do so SAFELY by comsuming 1500 calories a day and exercising 20 - 30 minutes a day (pilates def. count as exercise). You never want to lose more than 2 lbs a week because you can run into some major health problems if you try to lose too fast including but not limited to malnourishment. Also, understand that you absolutely DO NOT want to go under 105 lbs or you will be underweight and could become malnourished.

600 calories a day would technically be a starvation diet. You could expect to lose as much as 2 pounds a day for about a week with this. Unfortunately your body realizes this and will reduce its metabolism and begin to hold onto calories, your rate of weight loss will greatly decrease and if you eat just a little more than 600 calories in one day your weight will increase VERY QUICKLY! 1200 calories a day is a much better goal, you should probably lose around 3 pounds a week with the added exercise.

There is no way to know...everyone is different. 600-1200 calories is too little and is going to SLOW your metabolism down--and you will find it harder to lose weight. Eat no less than 1200 calories. 1500 is better and make sure it's healthy. Eat more lean protein and vegetables. Carbs should be whole wheat/whole grains as much as possible. Remember, the more fiber it has the less bad carbs it has. When you walk every day, really walk. No strolling...put your butt into it. You don't have to run. Walking fast is just as beneficial as running and much less damaging to your joints.

Your question sounds like one out of a math textbook. I never was any good at those! Good luck!
And first of all, you didn't say what your starting weight was.
Secondly, you shouldn't be trying to only consume 600-1200 calories a day if you're going to be doing this much exercising, you will fall out from over-exertion.

No one can accurately predict that. If you are very heavy, you will lose more weight quickly. As you near your goal, the weight will come off more slowly. The reason for this is the number of calories you need to stay at your body weight goes up the more you weigh. A 250 pound woman might need 2,500 calories to sustain her weight, while a 100 pound woman might need only 1,000. I am guessing at these numbers.

At 5'3" and 120 pounds you are at the lower end of your weight range already. Going below that could endanger your health.
