why sometimes is my blood bright red with my period?

I am 14 and am currently recovering from anorexia. My parents are forcing me to gain a pound every 4 days and I am having a difficult time handling the feeling of gaining weight and even just seeing and feeling that one pound on. it feels like im in a constant fight with the scale. I want to get better but i can't help feeling terrible when i gain weight. please help!

Ok, so i've got little over four (4) months, then i'm going on a cruise. I'd like to shed about 20 lbs or so. I'm currently 6'2 and 215. I don't have the best eating habbits, which i'm tryingt correct. But basically don't know what kind of routine to get into to loose some weight. Muschle mass isn't my biggest concern.

can anyone offer me a sensible opinion ,the thing is i thought i had a bug last Saturday all day , sickness & diahorrea(sp) , Sunday i was fine , Monday ok , Tuesday (diahorrea once) Wednesday ok Thursday and all today terrible diahorrea ! I dont feel ill , my stomach is making funny noises , grumbling, i am not passing blood or anything but my butt hurts ! Can anyone offer me an explanation for the sudden change in bowel movements ? I don`t want to google it as i will get all panicky and think the worst ..

i've been diagnosed with mono... about 2 weeks ago. my symptoms have been for about 3 1/2 weeks and they supposedly only last for 3-4. my doctor put me on steroids though, to keep the swelling down, so i dont know if i'm better or not. i'm worried though, because i was active before i came down with mono and i'm afraid that i'm going to lose all of my athletic ability by the time i get completely well. has anyone here had mono and when did you start exercising again?

I was just diagnosed with Type 2 about 4 months ago, and I am having the hardest time staying motivated in the eating better and excercise portion of everything. Actually, my eating habits have imporved ALOT, I just havent been able to get motivated to do excercise. What can I do to help stay motivated?

I get a throbbing pain in the back left side of my head, usually after masturbating... at first the pain was there only a short period after masturbating , but now it's hurting longer. So, what I'm asking if they can't hear do they have the voice in their head like we do? You know the one that says "What am I going to do to day?" or "This question is dumb."

Note for the dumb people: They never heard their or anyone else's voice so how would they know how voices work and sound.
