I keep seeing a commercial on tv for liposuction and vaginal rejuvenation, but i'm unsure of what that means.

liposuction is a procedure that uses a long tube to vacuum fat from areas of your body such as thighs, buttocks, upper arms, under the chin, etc. it has some risks involved such as blood clots and it is very painful and expensive. vaginal rejuvenation is kind of like a face lift for your vagina. i think older women are more likely to get it (after having several babies). it lifts the labia (lips) of the vagina - and i think it might even tighten the inside. i'm sure it must be quite painful!
