Together with other abnormal ear noises, ear ringing is medically called tinnitus. Buzzing, roaring, and pulsitile sounds are sometimes perceived when no sound is present in persons with tinnitus.
Tinnitus can arise in any of the four sections of the ear: the outer ear, the middle ear, the inner ear, and the brain. Tinnitus is often accompanied by hearing loss.

You need to get checked out medically. Any form of dizziness or headaches might be fairly serious, but you can't know for sure until you get a medical opinion. Any advice you get here cannot be treated as a medical opinion in the same way as you might expect once a doctor has examined you and you have had diagnostic tests. So, if you have no insurance I'm not sure what the consequences for that may be as I'm not in the US but surely, you might go to some public hospital and get checked out there? Hope you are feeling better soon.

I went to my doctor about the ringing in my ears. It would be so loud sometimes I couldn't even sleep just about drove me nuts. She prescribed some drops and they helped a lot. Are you on medication? Many medications will cause that ringing too. Unfortunately I still have some of the ringing but I don't notice it anymore unless someone brings it up ;) or it's just too dang quiet. It's not as loud anymore though. As far as the headaches... please see your doctor, the two could be related or not.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

I'm not sure, but chec,k with your doctor. If his explanation doesn't satisfy you, get another opinion.
While you're there, as about tinnitus and migraine. Also, has any member of your family had these symptoms?)

I suggest that you go see a good ENT doctor and let him diagnose your problem. It may be a temporary thing or could be something starting that will be a lifetime problem. GO!
Good luck. Pops

You should see a neurologist. It also could be TMJ. I would see the neurologist for a full workup first.
