I want to gain weight so that I don't look thin. I want to take CENTRUM vitamins. And I'm thinking which is better to dotake it when I wake up or before I go to sleep?

My wife and I have been on a work out regimine for 3 months now. We meet with a personal trainer once a week, go to the gym about 5 days a week. We eat portion controlled meals every 3 hours to keep our metabolism up. I drink plenty of water, drink green tea, and even take protein shakes after workouts. Workouts consist of alternating days between lifting weights and doing 40 mins of cardio. The problem is that despite doing everything we've been asked to do, we only lost weight in the first month (about 15 lbs each)....now it's been a month and we haven't lost anything! I don't even feel like my clothes are getting looser....What could be happening and is there anything we should do about it? Our trainer just keeps acting like we're not trying hard enough, but I feel like we're killing ourselves trying to do everything that is asked of us, and still not seeing results. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks

I have a 15 week old Chihuahua, who recently developed an inflammed rash on the inside of both ears, from ear canal to tip of ear. There is no odor or discharge coming from her ears. She also has a rash behind her ears. It is very itchy,so I called my vet, and she says it sounds like some type of allergy, and before I take her in, to try some Benedryl Cream. What I'm worried about is, after I apply it, if she scratches and gets some on her paw and licks it off, or gets any of it in her eye, or if one of my other dogs licks it grooming her, that ingesting even a little through licking, it might do harm. I'd like a second opinion about the Benedryl Cream or any suggestions of other things I can use to help relieve her discomfort. I feel so bad for her. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? I also heard that Mineral Oil might soothe the rashes. She's on the same puppy food she's been on since weaning. Can she suddenly develop an allergy to that, and if so how can I tell?

Im 35 I have four children, I usually have a cycle that is clockwork every 28 days i have never been late unless i was pregnant. I have gotten it one maybe 2 days before my 28 days a couple of times, I had had my period on the 20th of november and now I got it again on december 8, a whole week in a half early, I know better to get it then not to right, Im not taking any meds or anything, my question is has anyone ever had 2 periods within there cycle, without any reason why, Im not due for my yearly yet, should I make a call to doctors anyway, has anyone had this happen, if so was it just one of those things or did you go to doctors and get a different reason. thanks for any input.

My girlfriend of 4 years informed me today that she was beginning to think that she might be pregnant. For the last two days she said she has felt ill in the morning and leveled of by mid day, with symptons being that she is throwing up, also she said that she tried to smoke a cigarette today and it made her feel ill as well. Now I know that these could be signs of pregnancy, but here is the rest. About a month in a half ago she was in a wreck and was lifeflighted to the hospital. She was on her period at this time. After getting out of the hospital she needed more birth control pills and they gabe her a new kind. A week and a half later she had an usually early period that lasted one day, then last week she had another period that lasted 3 days. She is in finals weeks at school and is stressed out, I figure it is just the stress and the new pills that are messing with her. Females hormones are a strange thing. Any thoughts on this would be helpful

My daughter (6) keeps getting them. Always take her to the Dr. but all they do is give antibiotics and then it comes back!! They have ran EVERY test and they can't figure it out. I'm trying to take matters into my own hands and did some research and saw Dmannose helps. Do you do anything about it?? Most Dr.'s won't know, all they deal with is prescription drugs.
