She says it hurts when we use condoms. I do have a large unit but I don't think that is it. Is she trying to get knocked up.

Lots of people have sensitivity to the latex, or often to the spermicide.
Like all incidences when someone thinks they might be allergic/sensitive to something, the best thing it to change brands and see if there is an improvement. Try a brand that doesn't have spermicide, or doesn't have lubircant, and instead buy KY or some other lubricant. It could be the actual latex (as a plant-based product, people can be allergic to it just as to peanuts, flour, or other plant products), but try avoiding the spermicides/lubricated kind first.

It's moderately common for people to have an allergy to latex. Use polyurethane condoms such as Durex Avanti. Also use lots of lubricant since you are large and Avanti condoms don't have very much lubricant on them.

My sister is actually allergic to condoms - it's the latex. Latex allergies aren't that uncommon, so it's possible that that is what's bothering your girlfried.
If you're concerned about pregnancy, find another method of contraception.

If its just pain during intercourse, It's not an allergy!!
Does she have itching or swelling with condom use? If that's the case, then there are hypo allergic condoms out there.

Try using condoms that aren't made of latex. Also, try using more lube?

Not at all. Sometime the extra safe or flavoured/ribbed variety can be sore. Try the thinner ones.
