You actually could clean your toilet with coca cola....or coke. Really... you could clean your car wheels with coke. And it will be very clean after all. So you can now imagine what will happen to your body later if all your drink is coke and coca cola and sprite and fanta all the time.

Here's what I know!!! Weight gain from sugars, Kidneys have to work harder because of the sodium content in sodas, the worst effect is long term: acid in soda eats and weakens your teeth so much that they will eventually start chipping apart and you will get a lot of cavities, even if you brush all the time.....Your stomach will begin to have acid reflux, because all you are consuming is acid.....It is said that if you put a steak in a container pour on any soda let sit for 72 hours the steak will be completely melted away. That how much acid is in sodas...Your skin will become dry and you will wrinkle earlier than you should because you body will not be hydrated well....the same thing will happen to your hair, it will become dry and break more easily leaving you with thin hair in your 30's......I know they are hard to get off of, but start trying some Kool-aide, or juices, or teas, anything but soda all day...Allow yourself to have one a day only. Make it a treat for yourself...Take care of your body while you are young because it will begin to show on you around 36 and what should be the best time of your life will end up being a time when you discover all of these health problems.....Take care and take my advice.....

If you drink soda in lieu of water, then it's harder work on your kidneys. Also, if you're drinking sugary soda (e.g. NOT diet) then you are also going to gain weight. Not that diet soda is any better, since I think the jury is still out on aspartame. Some people say that is really bad for your brain. Also, Splenda isn't exactly the nicest chemical either. See links.

1. You get fat !
There is a huge amount of sugar per can of pop.
Soda pop is one of the contributors of the current obesity wave among children in the schools where the cafeterias sell pop in vending machines.
2. You get slow poisoning according to some experts
The culprits are benzene , aspartame, phosphoric acid, caffeine and food coloring
A simple general rule about additives is to avoid sodium nitrite, saccharin, caffeine, olestra, acesulfame K, and artificial coloring. Not only are they among the most questionable additives, but they are used primarily in foods of low nutritional value. Also, don’t forget the two most familiar additives: sugar and salt.

you get fat, then you get diabetes, then you might get a limb or two amputated, then you die.
most soda contains 40-50 grams of sugar per can...fountain drinks much, much more. do you have any idea how much 50 grams is? ever seen those big-*** vitamin C pills that are 500mg? it takes two of those to equal 1 gram...so imagine if those pills were just sugar...you'd have to dissolve 100 of them in a can of soda to equal 50 grams.
and in case you didn't know...white sugar is poison to the body and has no nutritional benefit...it promotes disease and premature death
