I want to gain weight so that I don't look thin. I want to take CENTRUM vitamins. And I'm thinking which is better to dotake it when I wake up or before I go to sleep?

much better if you'll take it in the morning, vitamins are more effective when your body's active.

For gaining weight take them before you go to sleep with a full stomach. The energy from the food will get stored as fat.

First of all, just taking a multi-vitamin isn't going to help you gain weight, so I hope you have something else in your plan.
Secondly, the various vitamins in the tablet work synergistically with the food you eat during the day, giving you energy, clarity of mind, etc etc. Taking them just before going to sleep is a complete waste. No point feeling energetic and clear-headed when you're asleep, is there?

centrum vitamins are garbage...none of the vitamins come from a natural ingredient...it's all synthetic. the only vitamins you should ever take into your body are whole food vitamins. try getting a powder like nugreens or greens+ that is made from a variety of grasses, vegetable and fruits...it's real food that your body can actually use and won't harm it.

Before you go to bed. If you take it in the morning you just pee it all out.
