When considering body part enlargement techniques, it’s important
to glean your information from reliable sites, and not sites that sell
pills, weights, or pumps. The following site does sell some sort of
“method”, that no doubt is useless. However, I have posted this site
as it explains clearly, why “other” methods do not work! Further
down, I have posted information from reliable sites for you to
consider.
The short answer is there is no successful penile enlargement solution!
“Considering penis enlargement? Don't waste your money on
ineffective and possibly dangerous male-enhancement pills, pumps,
exercises and surgeries.
If you've seen the "Austin Powers" movies, you may have laughed at
Austin for owning a penis-enlargement pump. But you also may have been
thinking, "Hmm. I wonder if something like that could give me an extra
inch or two."
Penis-enlargement products aren't difficult to find. Men's magazines,
sports radio shows and Internet sites are filled with advertisements
for pumps, pills, weights, exercises and surgeries — all of which
supposedly can increase the length and width (girth) of your penis.
Even if you've never visited an Internet porn site, you've likely
received many unsolicited e-mails for products and services that
promise to make you more of a man.”
“The partner perspective: How they view penis size
E-mail advertisements would have you believe that women care deeply
about penis size. But women responding to magazine surveys say they
don't care about size at all.
What's the truth? A Dutch study of 375 sexually active women who had
recently given birth suggests that the surveys are accurate — to a
point. Seventy-nine percent of the women said that penis length is
unimportant, and 69 percent of them said the same about penis girth.
E-mail advertisements would also have you believe that gay men are
obsessed with penis size. But individual preferences vary. Average
penis size is the same in both gay and straight men.
So, unless your partner tells you otherwise, it's probably safe to
assume that you're fine just the way you are. Understanding your
partner's physical and emotional needs and desires may do far more to
improve your sexual relationship than would changing the size of your
penis.”

Regarding surgery: “None of these techniques have been shown to be
safe or effective. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons describes
injecting fat into the penis as "a new and unproven cosmetic procedure
of unknown safety" with potential risks that include infection, skin
or sensory loss, excessive bleeding and loss of function.”

“Investigators also brought in a noted endocrinologist, Dr. Glenn
Braunstein, to examine the pills’ ingredients.
“I am unaware of any scientific or medical evidence that can support
or justify the advertising representations made for the Longitude
formula as to its effect on penis length,” he wrote in court
documents.
A law enforcement source, who spoke with MSNBC.com on condition of
anonymity, put it more succinctly: “The only thing that was increasing
was the size of the perpetrators’ bank accounts.”

Why would men would want to cause themselves pain, take pills that
may have dangerous side effects, or risk loss of performance with
surgery? Women look for emotional involvement, and don’t carry a tape
measure with them into the bedroom. I’ve always wondered why people,
(men AND women) want to change their body parts. When someone presents
a love interest with a gift, the wrapping is torn off and discarded.
The gift inside is far more important than the packaging! I believe
that most people are more interested in finding a partner with
qualities other than packaging!

While it is true that there are quite an array of products marketed to help improve penile size (in both length and girth) very few, if any, have any scientific backing let alone FDA approval.
Penis pumps, while simple in design, can provide minimal gains by essentially drawing more blood into the penis which would help expand and stretch it.
Medications promising improvements in penile size should be further assess in terms of the claims. There is currently no FDA approved medication for gaining penile size. Furthermore, if you are taking any other medications, there could be deleterious interactions between them.
Surgery, although the most extreme, remains the only permanent solution for gaining penile size. Of the different surgical avenues available, (fat injection, silicone injection, implants), the only FDA approved and 100% reversible method currently available in the United States is the silicone implant.
Speak with your preferred primary care doctor or urologist and set realistic goals. Do you research and together you can come to a solution that best fits you.

Do u really have very small penis, the size of penis matters only when your penis didn`t undergo any development if you have such a problem than you may go penile implantation which is good and safe procedure.
Size of your penis should be just sufficient enough to reach up to the external os as the deliver sperms there other wise the sexual pleasure is always controlled by brain......

The one thing I can tell you about surgery is that your penis will only be larger when flaccid. When erect, your penis will still be the same size it is now during arousal.
