Drinking water and not eating badly won't do much. As you reach puberty your skin cells produce more of an oily substance called sebum and if you don't wash properly this builds up and blocks the pores. If bacteria get trapped as well then this causes the big nasty red ones.
Eating well and drinking water while being good for you doesn't affect your acne. Washing your face daily with the stuff you described is a good thing but there are obviously other things affecting your acne. It may be stress or or it may even by a genetic thing that has passed down your family or several other things. The best thing is to go and see your GP and they can eliminate the things that its not and figure out what it is and then tell you what to do according. Trust me, I'm a biology student! Hope it gets better.

Umm... My old lease horse liked salt and vinegar chips too! He also liked: Cheetos Salt-and-pepper chips Bread Pretzels Chocolate Chip Granola bars He was OBSESSED with apples. He would follow me around the entire pasture for ONE little piece of an apple, and he'd give me a horse smile when I gave him an apple core. My aunt and uncle own a TB who has eaten a hamburger off the grill when they weren't looking (Weird, I know) and drank my aunt's tea when she left the mug on his stall. They also own a little escape artist Haflinger who manages to get out of his stall all the time.

well i think you are using these things too much and your skin has become immune to them. seven spots are nothing, worrying too much can cause spots, maybe your skin just needs some fresh air, are you getting enough sleep, sleep repares cells, and leaves us refreshed. Just use concealer when you go out, and leave off things for a while. stress can cause skin problems as well. I will tell you a bit of sun is good. use a heat lamp sometimes, to dry them out.

the best thing you can do is go to your health food store and get some probiotics or flora (same thing...differenet name). it's friendly bacteria...your intestines should contain 3-5 pounds of it to help in digestion. if you've ever taken antibiotics you've probably killed most of the bacteria that should be in your stomach which results in improper digestion and certain types of skin blemishes

Try taking supplements of zinc and vitamin A. These two are known to help reduce spots.

minocycline... it stopped my spots perfectly... get your doctor to prescribe it... diet doesn't effect spots.. it's an urban myth.. so is lack of hygiene. Spots are purely a hormone.. and very rarely a diet thing.
