unfortunately, the only way for us shorties to get taller is to start over and pick different parents.

If your health is fine, I wouldn't bother with the doc. Just figure out your daily intake after adding what you eat. Certain vitamins are okay to eat more of, and many are very bad for you if you take more than you need with your food intake. Certain minerals block the absorption of other minerals. Do some research on vitamins... i suggest going with higher than normal quality multivitamins. Make sure, amongst other things, that you get magnesium with your calcium.
Oh, my guess is the best to buy are TwinLab daily one caps or daily two caps. Not sure on best way to do calcium. Don't get too much calcium.
Basic protein powder should be basically harmless.
I don't think you're going to get appreciable gains in height by supplementing, but you should get some gains in health. If you ever eat junkfood of any kind, remove it. None of that soda pop nonsense, for example. That is about the only other thing you can do. Yoga might get you a quarter inch, and it may help you to stand an inch taller.

There are no dietary supplements to make you develop taller and steroids don't do whatever to your height they're used to construct muscle. Theoretically, you will have to have one more 8.5 years before you stop growing and you'll frequently get at least a further progress spurt considering you might be nonetheless in puberty.

Take daily multivitamins and good source of Calcium ( ex, milk, cheese, yogurt). You don't need doctors consult, trust me.....I'm a doctor.
If you've already attained your full potential growth spurt ( lets say over age 20) then you won't be growing anymore but, MVI and calcium is still good for ya!!

You don't need to see a doctor about any of those things. But you haven't mentioned your age at all. If you're in your late teens or older, you've done all the growing you're going to do, I'm afraid.
If you're still growing, eat a balanced diet, and see a nutritionist or naturopath for any further information.

Mainly it is a matter of heridiitary. Good diet and pullups can help a bit. Unless you want to join a basket ball team, height- tall or short is not a big problem to worry over.

Don't do it. Been tall is not all its cracked up to be. You don't know what it is like to be asked to get things off the top shelf about 10 times every time you do the shopping.

You can only get as tall as your genes allow. There is no pill for growing taller. Sorry.

It is pretty much genetic.
You usually grow to twice the height you were at 3 yo.
