I need a shampoo without any fragrances or chemicals I could be allergic to. I've been allergic to soap for the past 2 years, so I bought a hypoallergenic soap, but what do I do about shampoo?

I know this guy with four children and in the military. His wife has no education, no desire to go to school and no desire to work outside the home. Sometimes he wishes she'd hire a hit-man because she'd be more wealthy when he's dead from all the insurance. If he were to leave her, she'd get (1) child support for all then children (2) she'd be getting alimony because she can't support herself (3) Half of his retirement pay (4)the cars, house and everything in it. Sounds like to me that this woman has it made and the guy gets screwed out of everything; plus he has to work for the rest of his life till he dies.

Hey i had an assessment yesterday and in the dress rehearsal on Tuesday i smacked it on the floor (couldnt do anything about it just had to carry on). It hurt but i didnt have any pain elsewhere. There are a few little cuts where i broke the skin and a tiny bit of bruising

Yesterday i was driving home from uni and got this sharp pain about half way between my wrist and my elbow. It keeps coming back today but doesnt hurt continuously.

I dont wanna particularly have to go to A&E because sitting there is seriously boring and its friday night so will be full of drunks!! yay!!!

Any ideas?

I have recently been getting a few spots (what else? but puberty) and i've got a biggish red sport under my nose and a biggesh red sport just to the right of my mouth.
I can't open my mouth wide enough and it seriously hurts when i do. I thought it was a ulser just inside but i'm prety sure it's that SPOT!
Should i leave it, home remedy's? (i don't have creme atm) But it's been like it for a few days now.

My son started with severe diaherra and vomiting with no fever on the 9th of Novemeber. I called the peditrician and they said it was probably viral so if he wasn't better by the following Monday to call back. Well his symptoms worsened over the weekend and we took him in on Monday to the peditrician. They did blood workup and stool samples from the diahrea and samples of the vomit. Well this persisted for another week and we called the doctor back and she sent us to the ER...only to find out he was severely dehydrated and also with his abdominal pain, they did a stomach X-ray and said everything was swollen and we needed to see a GI doctor...we found out that he had a small tear in his small intestine...cured by diet. Well, he just went back to school this past Wednesday and I got a call from the school nurse today...high fever of 102 and sore throat. took him to the doctor just now...no strep throat and the doctor said virus again! My son doesn't get sick...any suggestions ?

i plan on dying by stabbing myself in the stomach.. i'm homeless and it's cold here in columbia.. i'm reaaly sick physically and mentallly ill.. nobody loves me i wanna die because i can't stand life ANYMORE..
