Spot just to side of mouth putting me down?

I have recently been getting a few spots (what else? but puberty) and i've got a biggish red sport under my nose and a biggesh red sport just to the right of my mouth.
I can't open my mouth wide enough and it seriously hurts when i do. I thought it was a ulser just inside but i'm prety sure it's that SPOT!
Should i leave it, home remedy's? (i don't have creme atm) But it's been like it for a few days now.

the one on the mouth could be a cold sore from worrying about the zit. If you have a cold sore abreva works wonders.
