Not necesarily. here's a minor misconception. You can lose weight as a vegetarian. But if you eat vegetables floating in oil, even if it's vegetable oil, (Ex french fries) you won't lose weight.

Not necessarily.

Some 'vegetarians' only avoid eating meat, chicken, etc. but still load up on tons of junk food.

They're only avoiding animal products, not trying to get healthy.

Traditional 'old school' vegetarians would lose weight, but then again, they wouldn't be overweight to begin with.

If you want a low fat diet, fruits, veggies and beans are the way to go. Vegetarian meat substitutes and dairy products have a lot of fat.

in all probability. i'm a vegetarian, and there are the two no energy or next to no energy in lots the meals I consume. The veggie warm canines I consume have much less energy than a peppermint. That is going for the veggie Beaverbrook too. And meat substitutes style stable too. I tricked my cousin into eating a veggie burger, and he or she did no longer even word it wasn't genuine meat. Being a vegetarian is somewhat healthful. Vegetarians have longer life spans than those that consume meat, and that they are much less in all probability to get arthritis. in case you do no longer believe me, you're able to do analyze. stable success!
