How do you know if your sexual life has become an obsession?

I guess just like other things. If it takes away from normal activities and is disruptive to your life, it's beyond normal.

it becomes and obsession when it's all you think about and everything you do is to get it or make it better and more gratifying. It's constantly on your mind 24/7

I think the answer is by not being able to go to work in the morning. Other than that, you are fine.
