What's the best exercise to help slim down your thies? I mean, I'm not fat at all, but I've been noticing my upper thies are getting a little bigger than usual and I don't like it at all.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to "spot reduce". You must slim down all over. If you thighs are growing, could it be that you sre adding muscle?

You may try to power walk or jog/run everyday. Do leg stretching, maybe isometric exercises, they can help.

If you are sedintary during the day and night this may be why you are seeing your legs getting bigger. Remember that women have fat cells in certain certain places; thighs, hips, chest that men do not have (or at least as much of). If you wer to start moving more you will do fine.

try doing ballet moves. This will isolate your thigh, hip, and buttocks. There are ballet exercise videos out there. Also, Denise Austin does some great moves on her Fit and Light, and Daily Workouts on Lifetime.
