Yes,
Britney Spears'.
As far as you, you need to not hold yourself to that
level of demand. If you do not have the same bone
structure as Britney Spears, it is not possible for
you to get her body no matter how hard you try.
My sister has a high motabolism and as a result she
must consume the protein drink level of a 250 lb man
to maintain a decent weight.
Now lets say she allowed herself to lose the weight and
became a famous model. You would be killing yourself
to try and obtain her figure.
Do yourself a favor, don't look to celebs to determine what
your physical shape and build should be.
Here are some simple common sense rules to follow.
1. Take your time exercising and eating right.
2. Don't over do it.
Pushing yourself to soon will cause you to quit
because of the discomfort.
3. Let your body dictate what shape it should take.
You are a unique individual and your body is
unique to you.
4. Do not decide that you are to fat because of what you
see in the mirror, this indicates you are subject to an
eating disorder like anorexia.
5. Watch the scale not your mirror.
6. If you have a friend you can truly trust, someone who
genuinly looks out for your best interest. Let that person
watch your figure. If they tell you you look to thin, don't
take that as rejection, but as a sign that you are overdoing it.
7. Finally, be realistic about your goals. Don't try to lose 30
pounds in a week. Doing so will drain you of your energy,
make you feel poorly, and if you are slightly hypoglycemic,
turn you into a cronically mean person that gets easily
frustrated and snaps at people for no apparent reason.
As you follow these 7 simple common sense rules,
you may find yourself looking better than Britney ever
did, and it won't be you trying to look like Britney, it will
be you being a better you.

Sorry, but not everyone can look like that. Genetics has a lot to do with it. But can you have a great looking body yourself, even if you don't have Britney's bone structure and genes? Sure you can, and the best thing is you don't have to rely on diet pills or supplements to do it -- you can look positively AWESOME (and sexy) by eating real food, the right way, at the right times, and with the right exercise. Check out the website listed below. This plan was developed by a world champion bodybuilder, but it's not just for "muscle-heads." Anyone can do it, and the results are very impressive.

Not anyone. Different people have different body types. Still, it's possible to get a great body. If you want to achieve this, you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

No, not for *anyone*. We are all given a different genetic make up to work with. Some people are just built differently than others. I know women who eat whatever they want and don't exercise at all, and have killer bodies. On the other hand, I know women who eat extremely healthy and exercise regularly...they look good, but not like pre-baby Britney.

Everyone has a different body type, but through diet and exercise, you should be able to be more healthy and feel better about yourself...
It's hard, but in the long run, it's worth it...Give up the Britany aspirations and try to find your perfect body type...

No, exercising delivers you a extreme-high quality butt. in case you elect to be like britney spears, beyonce or jennifer lopez you may consume alot of Beaverbrook, ice cream, junk foodstuff of all varieties and purely take a seat on your butt.
