I get a throbbing pain in the back left side of my head, usually after masturbating... at first the pain was there only a short period after masturbating , but now it's hurting longer. It's not a sharp pain, and I don't have tension in my neck or shoulders. I don't know what it is... I know it just starts hurting right when I'm about to orgasim... Definately go to the doctors!! It might be embaressing but you got to get it checked out!! It could be that the arteries and veins in you head are small, and when your masturbating your heart beats faster pushing more blood into already crowed veins which inturn gives you a headache untill you equalized your blood pressure. Try drinking some caffienne or take some asprin a while before youmasterbate to thin the blood and see if that helps. See if it also happens after any other strenuous activities. Go for a run and see if you get a headache, if you do than you know it isn't specific to masterbation. But Deffinately go to the doctors!!

You should get checked out by a Docotor. It could be a weakend blood vessel.
