I have a friend, her name is Jacky, and she is having terible dificulty losing weight. Jacky has a thick body, huge thighs, hugh rear end like a truck, a large upperbody and broad sholders and thick arms and she finds it hard to exercise. She also eats Reeses pieces (the cups I think) and she spends lots of time on the computer instaed of an exercyse bike.
How can I motivate Jacky to exercyse and to take care of herself and to lose a good 90 to 110 pounds without coming across as being to blunt and demanding to her?
Also, should her computer be taken away so she has more time to exercyse and less time to spend hanging around message forums and Hollywood gossip cites?
