Try www.atkins.com.....................you can't cheat at all on this diet but in 2 weeks, if you stick to it, its very likely you might take the 10 lbs off. Just be sure and have the food you can eat , available. Make sure you don't have any health issues if you try this diet. It really works and contrary to what others say on it my cholesterol dropped.

Cut down on the carbs that expand in your stomach such as rice, breads, starches, pastas. Don't eliminate them completely, as you will end up overcompensating in the sweets dept. Also, cut down on foods that cause you to bloat & tend to cause gas, such as broccoli, cabbage, cole slaw, beans, brussel sprouts, etc. Remember, it's not always about how much you weigh, but the expansion. (Carbs & gas cause bloating & expansion.) Try raw fruits & veggies, salads, grilled skinless chicken breast, tuna salad, or another healthy favorite you may have. Be Healthy! (Mom of 3, Grandma of 2, & fittest I've been in my life!)

Try eating something that taste good but is also healthy.But don't go on a crazy and dumb crash diet . Also, go to the gym its a great way to keep fit.

Avoid eating late at night as these calories have nowhere to go but your waistline. Just have a light, easily digested snack. like fruit.

hey your best bet is to start a fruit diet in the 1st month you can lose up to 1 pd a day so fruit and steamed veggies or raw but no salt
