I am 27 years old, and I get cranky before every period. Some women will get very cranky (like me), and other women get a little cranky. Each woman is different in how we experience that time of the month. Don't worry, you will begin to recognize the mood swings as years go by. This just lets you know when the rest is coming.

It's normal. PMS occurs in all women before they get their period. A way to ease PMS is if you take more vitamin B6. This helps improve mood and crankiness.

Most women do. Its called PMS. premenstrual syndrome. you can supress some of this irritablity by taking over the counter medications such as mydol. just check the bottle to make sure it is indicated for premenstrual symptoms and not just cramps and bloating.

Moodiness is a typical part of PMS. Many women experience it before their period starts (I have a few times).
