Registered Nurse here; There are a number of possibilites as to why your emotions seem out of control. Lets explore a few, # 1. You could have a medical problem that contribuites to these episodes, such as: Thyroid disorder, hormonal, and I believe from your avator that your male, and yes even men can have hormonal imbalances that can lead to emotions running a muck. You didn't say how long this has been happening to you. But know that there is help. First I would strongly recommend going to your family physician, and if you don't have one now is a excellent time to find one. Make a list, talk it over with he or she; your doctor is your very best resource weather it's medical/or emotional. If it's determined it's your emotions, then there a number of medications on the market, if you prefer another route other than medications, your doctor can direct you to a mental health professional. Should money be a concern, every state and most counties have a sliding fee scale mental health clinic. The possible causes of your emotional distress are endless, you need some assistance in narrowing down the problem and this should began with you seeking medical treatment. As for your self-esteem, know you are a worth while person, and tell yourself this till you believe it. Your money is just as green as anyone's, therefore please don't hesistate to ask a shop assistant for some help. Surround yourself with positive people.
I appreciate the opportunity to address such a sensitive question, and I admire your guts for asking the question here on Yahoo, you will see people cae about you. Now you take care, please don't delay going and seeing a physician. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

First we use the note like to cover many bases. As an power, love must be allowed to bypass freely with the help of a being or it must be resisted. As an emotion, this is the state, actual, psychological, or non secular produced neurologically. they're both heavily correct, a lot so as that maximum do not see how they variety. human beings have a tendency to get all tripped up with techniques from the words even as discussing love. Secondly, we may be able to administration our thoughts with the help of prepare because the mind is comparatively quick to settle for repetition and for that reason create new habit. This will become further and extra complicated as we grow old on the grounds that there are a kind of opportunities. finally although the actual begins to visit pot lower than many situations for that reason eliminating a number of those opportunities. From what i am going to understand this is because of concept loops which save turning on themselves till existence power drains causing the actual demise journey. This concept enables a a lot longer actual existence if it is chosen without resistance. Cheers!

Try to think of the worst thing that would happen if you asked that shop clerk for assistance.... It would be that they would ignore you , correct. You will not be hurt by asking them a question, and they are being paid to provide you a service. Practice in the mirror, and then go out and buys something for yourself, something you need advice about. If you can do this, purchase the item. If not , don't . It will be your reward for trying. I think to answer your first question, I would have to say you need practice expressing your self and your feelings.... when you can do this, you will feel that people understand why you are angry and there will be no need for you to cry. Start venting, don't hold things in. Take a load off. Good luck!

I used to be the same way, they called me "boo hoo sue". Thankfully, my boss at the time enrolled me in a "Dale Carnegie Course" for human relation and public speaking. It increased my confidence so much that he ended up sending the entire company through the program. Its been 18 yrs ago that I took that course and if I had the money I would take it again. It is a little pricey buy worth every penny. At least read some of his books but the course.

There is a great self-help book called "When Panic Attacks" that addresses a lot of these types of issues. The book is about more than just anxiety or panic, but also covers emotional issues such as you described. It is written by a world renowned psychiatrist, David Burns, M.D. I highly recommend the book and the exercises he walks you through to attack these kinds of problems.

There are some very good answers here, but if you want to get your emotions on an even keel you can't beat energy therapy... and in the process, you will gain confidence (as you relax, and as the emotional "charge" is decreased).
There are a couple of really neat energy therapy processes that build courage and forgiveness into their protocol. One process is called Emotional Freedom Technique and you can read about it at
http://tinyurl.com/yegzpe Another process was developed by a psychologist who is also a Christian minister and you can get hold of his ebook at http://tinyurl.com/ychl3z
These are relatively easy techniques to learn and do yourself. They are both very effective if the techniques are practiced as instructed, and will result in release of negative emotions . The EFT site has a list of practictioners, many of whom are psychologists, etc.
All the best,
